This 85 acre property was a working farm from the mid 1800's until the 1950's.  To insure the integrity of this farm, the land is now protected by two land trusts which abut Camden Hills State Park.  Many miles of nature trails that follow Black Brook, the outlet of Coleman Pond, to the famed Ducktrap River, which leads to the ocean at Ducktrap Beach await your hiking pleasure.  The historic three bedroom 1830's cape is available by the week or the month. 

One bedroom is on the first floor and two lovely bedrooms are on the second floor each with it's own stairway.   One stairway is unique in its curves and architectural structure.  The first room with access from the dining area is the Blueberry room.  This large room has beautiful angles with a skylight and ample closet space.  The second is accessed from the hallway between the parlor and downstairs bedroom and has been designated the Strawberry room.  The rich colors and lovely views will welcome you with open arms.
